Hi Aparana,
As you have written that morning is the best time for yoga. But with my schedule can you tell me at what time i should practice.
i wake up at 6.15Am for making breakfast & lunch. I drink 1-2 glass of warm water. Up to 7.45 i finished all work & take heavy breakfast. 12am lunch, snack in evening and dinner at 8pm.
So Dr Aparana can you tell me at what time i should go for Yoga practice?

Dr.Aparna S. Pattewar said...

Hi poonam,
u can do yoga at 10 am.That is the best time, by the time u will digest ur break fast. Generaly u should do yoga after 1 1/2 hr to 2 hr after having break fast. Means u can practise yoga 10 t0 11 am & lunch at 12 noon.
