Tips to control Hypertension.




WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?
High blood pressure, also called hypertension.It is simply elevation in pressure of the blood in the arteries.
Two numbers are used to describe blood pressure:

1) Systolic. The systolic pressure (the higher and first number) measures the force that
blood exerts on the artery walls as the heart contracts to pump out the blood.

2)Diastolic. The diastolic pressure (the lower and second number) is the measurement of
force as the heart relaxes to allow the blood to flow into the heart.
Tips to control Hypertension-
1) Take yuor medicines time to time.Do not skeep your medicine.
2) Avoid to take more salt on food,fruit & other snacks.

4) Hot and spicy foods should also be avoided.
5) Among fruits, bananas, oranges, guavas and apples are good.
6) Sweets and chocolates must be avoided.
7) Oranges are very helpful in high blood pressure. Have a juice of two or three oranges
every day.
8) Avoid cold foods as Cold food depresses digestion.
